AegisIQ™ Terms & Conditions

Governs the standalone purchase of AegisIQ™, independent of Physician Defense™ enrollment.

1. Scope

AegisIQ™ is offered as a standalone diagnostic product at two price points, described below. These Terms apply when AegisIQ™ is purchased on its own. When AegisIQ™ is included automatically as part of Physician Defense™ enrollment, that engagement is instead governed by the Physician Defense™ enrollment agreement.

2. Fees

AegisIQ™ Diagnostic Fee — $500

Covers AegisParametrics™ scoring across all 19 asset protection tools and a color-coded Protection Profile Snapshot, with expert (non-attorney) review of the results. This fee is for a diagnostic and consulting service. It does not include legal advice, a restructuring roadmap, or an attorney recommendation letter, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

AegisIQ™ Diagnostic & Attorney Consultation Fee — $3,500

Covers everything included in the Diagnostic Fee tier, plus a full restructuring roadmap, AegisAI stress-test simulations, and a written recommendation letter prepared by a Physician Defense-affiliated attorney. Additional terms specific to the attorney-prepared portion of this engagement will be provided separately.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms, refund policy, and upgrade credit (if applicable) between the two fee tiers will be detailed in the final version of this document.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

AegisIQ™ diagnostic output is directional and informational. It identifies potential areas of asset exposure; it does not guarantee protection from any future judgment, claim, or creditor action.

5. Data & Confidentiality

Information you provide to complete your AegisIQ™ assessment is used to produce your results and is handled in accordance with our data practices, to be detailed in the final version of this document.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
